According to English news site Daily Star, Fenerbahçe's Senegalese goal scorer Moussa Sow is being watched by Tottenham and Liverpool.
The Senegalese striker has previously stated he would be keen on a move to the Premier League.
And the 27-year-old recently welcomed reported interest from Liverpool.
"There is a lot of talk. I'm happy at Fenerbahçe and don't think about leaving," he told Turkish TV channel TRT.
"However, everyone knows I want to play in the Premier League one day.
"If Liverpool made a formal offer, if my club accepted I would be happy to play in England."
But French newspaper Liberation claims Spurs are also keen on the former Lille star, who played for the France U-21 side before switching allegiances.
Sow was the Ligue 1 top scorer during the 2010/11 season, as Lille claimed their first championship in 57 years.
He made an £8.4m move to Fenerbahce in January last year, where he has continued to impress with his goal-scoring form.
Sow has netted 14 goals already this term, as his side challenge big-spending rivals Galatasaray for the title.
