Terim's Gameiro interest

Criticised all the time for acting slow about the transfer, Galatasaray is trying to win his fans hearts by transfering 25 year old Gameiro from PSG.
Head coach Fatih Terim asked the board of directors to act fast on the transfer talks. It is claimed that Terim mentioned about Gameiro to the board and told "He is at least as a good acorer as Baros. And even more consistent. He is such a hard player to stop in the box. We well servthe team greatly during our Champions League campaign."

Because of his 11 million euro price, Fenerbahçe had backed off from the transfer talks not so ago. Galatasaray, on the other hand, is ready to pay 8 million for Gameiro to PSG. The Turkish club expects PSG to make a discount. If PSG approves, the two clubs will shake hands.
Gameiro started his career in Strasbourg. Between 2008-11 he played in 108 games and scored 50 goals. Last year, he moved to PSG and scored 12 times in 32 games. Young talent was also called to serve in the French National Football Team.
