Equatorial Guinea will host the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations (CAN) tournament, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced Friday.

"The Executive Committee of CAF confirms that the Orange Africa Cup of Nations 2015 will be held in Equatorial Guinea on the dates agreed," CAF said in statement on its website.
"The four cities selected for the finals are Malabo, Bata, Mongomo and Ebebiyin," the statement said.
The Afri can tournament – scheduled from January 17 to February 8 – was originally planned to be held in Morocco until it announced on Tuesday that it will not be able to host next year'sCAN due to fears of the Ebola virus.
According to the statement, the draw for the finals will take place on December 3 in Malabo, the capital of Equatorial Guinea.
