Utaka to extend Turkey stay
John Utaka has told to press he is poised to extend his contract with Turkish club Sivasspor after an eventful debut season.

"I still have a year left on my contract, but we are in talks for me to extend it," holidaying Utaka informed AfricanFootball.com
"I have enjoyed my time in Turkey, both on the pitch and off it."
He revealed that he is delighted his contract with Sivasspor is free of tax, which was not the case when he played in England and France.
The 32-year-old Utaka scored nine goals in 21 matches for Sivasspor last season.
The Turkish club finished an impressive fifth on the league table.
