Turkey's Fenerbahce football club on Wednesday reported three new coronavirus cases within the senior team.
In a statement, the Yellow Canaries said three more players tested positive for COVID-19, days after a squad member contracted the disease. It added that the entire team was tested on Monday.
The infected players, whose identities were not disclosed, have been isolated and their treatment has begun.
