Beşiktaş, which wants to strenghten their roster, loaned Benfica's 22 years old starlet Anderson Talisca. Beşiktaş official Umut Güner convinced Talisca, who Şenol Güneş and Gökhan Keskin has been scouting for a long time and reported to management, to play for Beşiktaş. Güner met Talisca, who was on English and Spanish teams' radar, and said "We have goals for the Champions League. We want you to be a part of it. Turkey and Beşiktaş is a big showcase for Europe. You're going to play with world famous stars." Talisca replied "I want to play for a team that has Quaresma on its roster." After this conversation, President Fikret Orman travelled to Portugal to finalize the deal. Brazilian starlet came to İstanbul yesterday. It's said that, 2 million Euros loaning fee will be paid to Benfica for the next 2 seasons and there's a release clause of 25 million Euros. Young star will sign a contract after his medicals.
He played 33 games last season
Talisca, referred as "Brazilian Pogba", played 44 games in his first season with Benfica (started 28 games) and scored 11 goals, recorded 1 assist. Brazilian player, who was one of Jorge Jesus' favourite, did not get a lot of chances in the starting 11 after Rui Patricio replaced Jesus. He played 33 games last season and only started 14 games. Despite this situation, he managed to contribute for his team scoring 9 goals. Talisca won 2 Portugese League championships, 1 Portugese Super Cup and 1 Portugese League Cup in his 2 seasons with Benfica.
Midfielder and number 10 at the same time
22 years old Brazilian can play as a central midfielder and attacking midfielder. Talisca, who joined Benfica in 2014 from Bahia, got the attention with his good perfomances.
He'll be earning 1,5 million Euros
