The 30-year-old Soldado arrived at Tottenham following the club's transfer of Gareth Bale to Real Madrid and has been heavily critcised and labelled a flop by the fans and media.
In the 2014-15 season, Soldado made 31 appearances, with just 14 starts and scored only four goals.
However, Galatasaray believe they can bring out the best in Soldado and are willing to invest in the Spanish international and hopefully revive his career.
