Sneijder 'happy' at Galatasaray

'Lions' Dutch star denies rumors of split with Istanbul club.

Galatasaray's Dutch playmaker Wesley Sneijder has indicated that he will stay at the Istanbul club.
Speaking to Dutch TV channel NOS on Wednesday, Sneijder said: "I am very happy at the club and I am not going to leave despite all the disturbances in the Turkish media."
Claiming that he does not have any problems at Galatasaray, the Dutch international said he would have discussed it with the club if he had any issues.
Sneijder, who was on the bench for Galatasaray's last Turkish Spor Toto Super League match against Kasimpasa, said that he did not make a fuss about being sidelined since he had played more than 20 games for the team this season.
The 'Lions' regular also said that the Istanbul side needs to focus on the Super League after their 4-1 loss against Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night.
