Cardozo surprise
Paraguayan striker, who Trabzonspor wants to sell, offered to Beşiktaş by his agents. Şenol Güneş approved this transfer and sources say Trabzon side is willing to make a convenience to Beşiktaş.

After the negative feedbacks they got from Mario Gomez, Beşiktaş started to look other strikers immediately. According to report of Şenol Güneş, Black Eagles are searching for a pivot striker like Mario Gomez and Trabzonspor's 33 years old Paraguayan striker Oscar Cardozo got into their list. Cardozo's agents offered him to Beşiktaş. Trabzonspor wants to unload his high salary because of UEFA's budget limitations. Trabzonspor manager Ersun Yanal's plans do not include Cardozo also.
He has Champions League experience
It's claimed that Şenol Güneş is positive about this signing. Trabzonspor decided Cardozo's value to be 3,5 million Euros but Beşiktaş is reportedly trying to loan him at first. Paraguayan forward has Champions League experience. He scored 12 goals in 28 games while he was playing for Benfica in Champions League.
He wants to open a new page
Cardozo scored 20 goals in 2014/15 season as Trabzonspor's forward but after he lost his place in the team, he told Paraguayan press that "It's time for me to open a new page." Cardozo, who can adapt to Beşiktaş system easily, also knows Turkish League very well and this is a big advantage for him.
